Finally, I have found a grooming facility where my German Shepard is not a WRECK when she is being groomed. The atmosphere is calm, no matter how many dogs are there,the customer service is outstanding and the prices are the most reasonable in the area. Keep up the good work. I am now a regular.

My experience at Bubbles has been nothing but GREAT!!! For the last 12 years I have always had a mobil dog washer come to the house and clean my dogs but when I found your place it changed my life...The staff when you walk into the shop greet you with a smile! I myself have dogs...2 get washed or put into the pet Hydrospa and my 3rd dog because he is so old I wash him myself! The stall is always ready for me with clean towels and a utility basket filled with cleaning fluids for the ears and eyes! Oh yeah I forgot the brush and the cotton!!! I forgot to mention if you need help in anyway they are there to assist... You guys are the best...keep up the good work!!! ;-)

A big Thank You to Marcelo, who made us aware of moisture in the ear in our Little Lucy! We took her in for an ear check and in deed she had a bad ear infection. She got a shot and some ear drops. All is well now. Thank you for noticing and telling us your thoughts. We certainly appreciate it and I think Lucy feels much better now.
Soon Lucy’s friend “Coal” another “Nufee” maybe coming in for a spa treatment. He saw how great Lucy looked after a morning at Bubbles! We told him how everyone is so very nice and very gentle always! Lucy always responds to a little sweet talkin’!

Overall your business and business practices are excellent and very impressive for your first year in business. I am sure that you will be very successful. My experiences there have all been possitive and your staff handles my dog well, even though she can be a real pill at times. I come there to buy her food and to have her bathed once a month or so. I enjoy patronizing your establishment and am happy to support locally owned businesses.
I really like your place and all of the staff. They go above and beyond to service your customers. The free delivery of dog food to my home at the last minute on Christmas Eve was so very nice and greatly appreciated!

Thank you for providing great service and atmosphere for our golden retriever, Keno. My husband Wayne complimented on your facility and was thoroughly impressed by your efficient service on Saturday. We have been to many grooming places in the south bay area and have been disappointed with either the quality of the grooming and handling of our dog, or with the lack of customer service. If we did find a place that we liked, it was outrageously expensive. You definitely have us as a regular customer!

I went to a store which has this Pet Spa Cabin, and at first I must tell you we had some questions!! After speaking with the owner of the store, Marcelo Lalau of Bubbles Pet Spa In Torrance CA (20 miles from LA) I WAS READY to place my dog in the Cabin. The process lasted about 20 to 25 min. and my dog was looking as if he were enjoying it. After my dog came out, we noticed how shiny and soft his coat was. I will come again! Great Product!
